KRAOMA produces and markets 2 types of product: the "concentrate" and the "rock" one.
The rushing station is used for the reduction of granulometry of the rough ore coming from the mine by 2 stages of crushing and sifting working in closed loop.
The granulometry of the products obtained is respectively 0-14 mm and 40-150 Misters. Flow = 100t/h.
Then the washery produces the "concentrate" starting from the section 0-14 mm coming from crushing, by crushing and gravimetric treatment in damp atmosphere on vibrating tables and spirals. Supply = 40t/h – weight output = 45%.
Finally the dense Liquor produces the "rock ore" starting from the section 40-150 mm coming from crushing, by gravimetric treatment in dense medium (ferrosilicon suspension in the water-density of work = 3,5 kg/l). Supply = 60t/h – Weight output = 78%.
